Teaching Loving Discipline, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), was formed in November, 2005 for the purpose of sharing the life changing skills and powers of Conscious Discipline®.
Peggy Simonis and Kay Zastrow have studied the comprehensive program of Conscious Discipline® and combined have spent over 250 hours in learning experiences with Dr. Becky Bailey, the program creator. Since 2002, Kay and Peggy have traveled throughout Illinois and Florida, as well as to Indiana and California to expand their knowledge about Conscious Discipline®
Peggy and Kay are Certified Conscious Discipline® Instructors (CCDI’s) and as such they are part of a small group of Conscious Discipline® Instructors who are trained individuals granted this distinction by Dr. Becky Bailey, and the Loving Guidence Corporation.
Kay and Peggy have incorporated Conscious Discipline® into their personal and professional lives. Their business partnership provides a vehicle for them to share the information that is embedded in Conscious Discipline® about emotional intelligence and social development, with educators, parents, business professionals etc.
This team of teachers has had an opportunity to explore and implement a number of behavior management programs over their last 50 combined years of teaching. While “one size does not fit all”, Conscious Discipline®, with its loving versus fearful intent has yielded the results that Peggy and Kay desire regarding healthy social/emotional growth in children.
Workshops and consulting opportunities are available for schools, childcare centers, parents and businesses.
